The Mont-Royal is an espresso coffee blended in equal parts Brazilian and Ethiopian beans. The Brazilian beans offer the familiar dark chocolate and nutty taste of traditional espresso, while the Ethiopian component provides an interesting floral and sweet experience. The two beans come together to offer a balanced and not too acidic take on espresso, whether it's as pure espresso or in milk.
