Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
A: Depending on where you live, it can take in between 1-5 business days.
Q: How can I keep up to date with my order?
A: We offer a tracking number through Canada Post for all retail orders. If you order is placed through your wholesale account, our wholesale manager will contact you directly concerning the details of your order.
Q: How often do you roast your coffee and when do you ship it?
A: Our roasting team roasts weekly on Mondays and your order is shipped the next day.
Q: Do you ship outside of Quebec?
A: Yes we do! However, we only ship within Canada for retail orders.
Q: What is your return policy?
