Introducing our first decaffeinated coffee, Downtown Decaf!
This single origin decaf coffee was decaffeinated using the ethyl acetate process. Ethyl acetate taken from local sugar cane when mixed with water provides for a gentle caffeine extraction process that retains nearly all of the structure of the beans as well as the complexity of flavor. This results in an incredibly smooth and flavourful decaf coffee.
